We work in a classic project setup according to PRINCE2.  And this is how we proceed:

With a plan:

You have an idea for your company, whereby you hope to achieve a certain benefit? Have you already made the business case or do you still want to work on it? Here, too, you have the opportunity to draw on our resources. We control and create the „Business Case“ for you, e.g. in the form of a preliminary project. The „Business Case“ shows you the investment you need in the company to be able to align the project with the goal over the entire duration and finally complete it. It also shows you the value proposition for your company.

With the business case, we build the temporary organizational structure you need to plan and execute the project across departments or across companies. This is usually presented in an organizational chart and is always kept up-to-date and transparent. It also shows the roles as well as the responsibilities that the project needs to be developed, decided and implemented

At this point we have answered certain questions for you: WHY & WHO? Next, we will address the issue of quality, i.e. WHAT. At this point we will continue to work together on the ideas from the project. To the point where each participant:in and stakeholder is aware of what quality the product must meet. The monitoring of the quality remains with the project management and is part of the status report.

Out of all these questions comes the project plan. This is where we find the WHEN. The project plan shows the work packages, the time and interconnectedness of each work package, and the milestones to achieve the project.

From the previous points, we will create a risk analysis: the WHAT and IF. What influencing factors can jeopardize the project goal? These will be summarized, backed up with a possible probability of occurrence and how to deal with it. In the course of this, we will also deal with and evaluate the topic of „issues“ that could have a potential impact on your project goal. This is about fundamental changes in the environment in which your company operates.

Implementation Phase:

After we have worked out a detailed plan with you that answers the basic questions – WHY are we doing the project? WHO is doing the project? WHAT are we doing in the project? and WHEN are we doing the project? -we start the implementation phase. 

Here we move along the timeline of the project plan and assign task packages, review them or have them reviewed and accepted. We regularly summarize this for you in a status report.

In this way, you can see the progress of the project transparently and are informed about showstoppers at an early stage. For this we work out decision proposals for you, if desired.

The conclusion of the project:

We present you the project result: Where did we start? How did it go and what is the project result? After accepting the project result from your side, we hand over the project to the line.
